My efforts head to empower the organization through effective communication and an agile mindset – a process that starts with understanding the human needs of an organization, making them happy and also learning how we can help them into its ultimate goals. The company culture is so important to employees because workers are more likely to enjoy work when their needs and values are consistent with their employers. If you work somewhere where the culture is a good fit, you’ll tend to develop better relationships with coworkers and be more productive.
